Administrative Assistant
Jacqueline assists various members of the team with risk and compliance, insurance, legal cases, and more. She is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Science where Jacqueline majored in Psychology and double minored in Biology and Neuroscience. She supports the team and our customers in any capacity needed. Before joining the team, Jacqueline was both a psychology and neuroscience research assistant and worked as an optician. She is also a Co-founder and laser engraver in a laser engraving and 3D printing small business.
Corporate Legal Assistant
Anna comes to us with 30 years of legal assistant/paralegal experience in the areas of Corporate Business-Litigation-Arbitration-Immigration, Bankruptcy, and Intellectual Property. Anna works closely with our clients to ensure compliance in various aspects of the business including corporate governance, contractor licenses, business licenses, and annual reports. She has extensive knowledge in corporate formation, organization, dissolution, M&A, litigation, arbitration matters, international agent and distributor agreements, invoicing/demand letters/collections, intellectual property and immigration matters. With her depth of experience our clients rely on her expertise and guidance.
Business Operations Manager
Mitch is a multifaceted team member. He assists the MainSail team through daily operations management, oversees client invoicing, and Asana project management, including analytical KPI data reports and dashboards. He assists on company process improvement, value creation, and feedback management. Mitch also assists the Company on risk, compliance, technical and administrative platforms. He is a graduate of the AACSB accredited McCoy College of Business at Texas State University where he majored in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Before joining the team, Mitch worked as a Project Coordinator, Data Analyst, and as an IT Support Engineer.
Director of Value Creation
Pierre has over 25 years of invaluable experience in value creation with an emphasis in the areas of business, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) performance improvement, and business process design. As a seasoned professional he is dedicated to driving success and pursuing excellence. As the Director of Value Creation, Pierre brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of orchestrating transformative strategies that optimize efficiency, elevate standards, and cultivate innovation. His commitment to fostering excellence has earned him a reputation as a visionary leader who consistently generates tangible results. Whether pioneering initiatives to enhance safety protocols, streamlining operations or creating value through change management, he strategically propels businesses towards sustainable growth and prosperity.



President and General Counsel
Wendy has over 15 years of successful experience as an attorney/general counsel, chief compliance officer, VP of human resources, and senior executive in corporate and private legal practice environments. She offers a consistent record of excellence in organizational leadership, litigation and contract management, process creation, and implementation, client relationship building, team building and motivation, and corporate training. She provides expertise in domestic and international regulatory compliance/risk mitigation across multiple industries and sectors; adapts quickly to evolving legislation and educates colleagues and clients as a recognized subject matter expert. Possesses instinctive business acumen and an understanding of how to protect and support a company and its employees.
Corporate Counsel
George provides our clients with a range of legal services, including contract review and negotiation, drafting policies and procedures, assisting with HR issues, and providing litigation support. George is an attorney with a business background, having graduated with an MBA from Rice University to complement his JD from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Previously, George worked for a benefits administration company where he excelled as a Client Manager as part of the Legal Document Review Team, managing over fifty corporate clients. He also acted as a legal subject matter expert, assisting clients with legal matters and answering inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. During graduate school, George also worked for a manufacturing company in an operations role, where he consulted on a variety of highly analytical sales and production projects.
Assistant General Counsel
Dustin is an attorney with over 15 years of practice. He has extensive state and federal court litigation experience in a broad range of fields, from insurance claims, ERISA litigation, contract disputes, tort litigation, adversarial bankruptcy proceedings, business disputes, and employment matters, to real estate litigation. In addition to the vast courtroom exposure, Dustin has a broad range of business, revenue cycle management, workflow process management, compliance, data privacy, human resource, and transactional legal experience acquired while working in the healthcare and financial sectors via in-house corporate counsel and managing attorney roles.
